If only I would have remembered your wise words to wear gloves when chopping the jalopeno peppers… After 3 big pots of salsa and canning it into 24 pint-sized mason jars, I got “hot-hand syndrome”. I tried everything to sooth it–including goat’s milk…and finally fell asleep with frozedn hands holding 3 bags of ice. hehe. Sometimes, you gotta learn the hard way, she says.
